Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
We have a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request . To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging. We cannot accept return items that are worn/washed/dirty/damaged or stained. Once the return arrives to our warehouse, return items will be inspected before we can approve an exchange or credit.
MOTION APPAREL is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. And we recommend the use of tracked shipping as we will not be responsible if a returned item does not reach us safely.
Damages and issues
Every piece is internally checked at our warehouse before being sent to customers, in the unlikely event of a faulty item please contact sales@motionapparel.com.au or reach out to us on our socials immediately with photos within 15 days of receiving item.
Refunds
Only genuine faults will be accepted for a refund or replacement. Refunds will not be accepted for any other instances including:
• Stretched to fit after purchasing incorrect sizing causing seams to fray or rip;
• Fake tan and makeup damage
• Wear and tear over time
• Incorrect product care/neglect
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will contact you to notify you of your refund, credit or exchange. Please allow ample time for refunds to be processed.
